This week we talk with Stephen Belenky! He is described as the "anti-coach's coach." He's not provocative for the sake of being provocative but asserts that mainstream executive coaching doesn't solve all problems all the time in every context. 

Stephen is educated and trained in organizational leadership, conflict resolution and mediation, and is hyper-focused on creating the conditions for executive teams to realize the company’s potential.  

He specializes in driving more effective cooperation amongst leaders. He obsesses about pressure and its impact on human dynamics and derives a sense of purpose from helping leaders not transform but find common ground and make practical shifts in behavior where it really counts. 

Stephen is the Founder and Showrunner of Hiddn, Co-Founder of Align Collective, and host of the Spare Me podcast. He is also a combat veteran, a dual citizen of Israel and the United States, and a speaker on finding your edge in business and in life through grief and trauma.
